VCF Mestalla continue preseason preparations
VCF Mestalla are getting ready for the start of a new season in the Segunda Federacion, and on Tuesday afternoon they played their third preseason friendly. After the two victories against Albacete Balompié (1-2) and Deportivo Aragón (3-0), the team led by Miguel Ángel Angulo were unable to add a third consecutive win against CE Eldense, who will compete in the Primera RFEF next season.

A very intense match with few chances had a better half for each team. In the first, the team from Alicante controlled the ball more, and as a result of a good combination came Pablo García's goal that would end up deciding the match. VCF Mestalla responded a few minutes later with a swerving cross from Simón Luca that crashed against the crossbar and a good incursion from Diego López down the left wing.

In the second half, VCF Mestalla had the better of possession and approaches into the area by Darío and Mario Musy, without a goal materialising.
The match was held at the Antonio Puchades in front of a large influx of fans, who filled the main stand.
